DREW
Meet Drew, the newest member of our team that brings industry knowledge surpassing his years in the business. Drew has over 10 years of well-rounded experience in body and mechanical repair and most recently a heavy truck fleet service manager. He also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Heavy Equipment from Ferris State University. With this education and experience behind Drew he is more than equipped to give accurate and relevant bids on all types of salvage. When Drew is not evaluating and purchasing Salvage you can find him exploring the snowmobile trails of Northern Michigan, boating Michigan’s waterways or spending time with his young family.
PAUL
With over 35 years of experience in the industry, Paul has expansive knowledge in the Heavy Truck & Equipment field. His experience prior to Weller includes roles in insurance claims estimating and adjustment as both company staff and independent adjuster working primarily in transportation, commercial construction and contracting, municipal, and farming industries. He also spent time as a heavy truck body shop estimator. Paul understands the workings of the loss from all sides and understands that each situation requires different approaches to reach an equitable solution for all parties involved. If you have questions related to your latest claim or need help evaluating your loss Paul can help you through it. When not buying salvage, Paul can often be found out on the golf course or on the 19th tee.
STEVE
If you have a salvage claim and are also in need of someone to brighten your day, Steve is your guy. When you think of personal and professional service, Steve comes top of mind. With over 40 years of experience in the auto repair industry as service manager, body shop manager and insurance appraiser, you are certain to get a fair and professional bid response. When Steve is not bidding out salvage you can find him mountain biking, sailing, downhill skiing or rebuilding cars and boats.
RON
With over 40 years in the industry and 25+ years with Weller Salvage as very knowledgeable and successful buyer Ron has transitioned into semi-retirement. He and his wife now spend time traveling the country in their motorhome stopping in to visit with past, present and future clients of Weller Salvage. Ron has been an asset to the company from day one and we are happy that he has decided to continue with us in this capacity.
